Susan Walker (ABC)
Susan's career started in the internal communications field and she still sees herself primarly as a communicator. Now, she combines all of that practical communication knowledge with research expertise to develop action orientated recommendations to improve organisational communication.
Having worked with the Institute of Management, United Biscuits and then with Thomson Holidays as their internal communication manager, Susan joined MORI to head its human resource and communication practice. Nearly two years ago, she left that role to work independently, focusing on on communication evaluation.
Susan is an IABC Accredited Communicator and a Fellow of Communicators in Business and the RSA. She is a keen reader and her latest interest is the popular pastime of tracing family history.
